We are looking for volunteers to help distribute the lunch order that comes in from our vendor. Volunteer times are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from 11am to 12:15. To volunteer go to MyFoodDays.com, log into your account and in the top left menu, navigate to volunteering.

BCMCS's yearbook is officially ready for ordering. Orders will be placed directly Online through our publisher, Interstate. Yearbooks will be in full color and cost $22 each. The BCMCS 2024-25 School Calendar includes 185 Student Days, 195 Teacher Days, and start and end dates of August 28th and June 19th for students and August 20th and June 20th for Teachers.

BCMCS will hold a Walk-a-Thon to help cure Type 1 Diabetes by supporting the JDRF. Attached is a flyer with details of the event, being held May 31st including lunch options for the day, pledge sheets, and parent volunteer sign-ups. We appreciate our parents help in making these events a success.

The expressive art club, hosted by Tara Bane, will begin and run for 10 weeks every Tuesday after school for grades 1-6. Please see the attached flier for more information on signing up.

This year's Scholastic Book Fair is slated to be held the week of October 10th, with the Book Fair Night event on the 13th. Please look for further information with regard to how to shop online. Please click the heading [hyperlinked above] to assist in volunteering for this event.

This year, our 3rd Graders will be working with Scholastic Book Clubs and their Pajama Program to help make bedtime better for kids in need by donating pajamas. We hope you will help us give kids a cozy night and a brighter day by bringing in a set [must be complete top and bottom OR onesie] to donate by November 30th -- Scholastic will include a book with each donated pair. Save your receipts from any McCaffrey's Supermarket. Send them in to school with your child (marked McCaffrey's receipts) or drop them in the collection bin in the front lobby. BCMCS earns cash! 1/2 of 1% of the total receipt. In 2017, the school earned $56 - just from the receipts that were turned in. It's easy money!
